Your Responsibilities
- Align IT strategy to divisional business and manufacturing priorities, while developing strategic five-year plans.
- Partner with divisional functional teams, define a clear technology roadmap delivering enhanced capabilities, modern platforms, and new solutions.
- Lead the division’s digitalization and automation agenda, accelerating modernization, data-driven processes, and scalable (division or enterprise) solutions across operations.
- Drive the implementation of best-practice infrastructure and cybersecurity processes and technologies, coordinating divisional, group, and corporate resources.
- Lead IT operations to ensure reliable, secure, service driven performance of core systems through upgrades, enhancements, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Strengthen governance and compliance, including SOX readiness, disaster recovery planning, vulnerability remediation, and ongoing risk reduction.
- Build and lead a high-performing divisional IT organization through recruiting, talent development, succession planning, and a culture of safety, ethics and quality.
- Completed university degree in Computer Science or other closely related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in an international, ideally agile (manufacturing) environment / At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Visionary thinker with the ability to develop and communicate a clear IT vision
- Experience in defining, tracking and implementing KPIs for measuring performance and success
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to actively participate in key processes
- Excellent communication, project and process management skills combined with strong analytical abilities
- Independent, results-oriented working style with focus on continuous improvement
- Prior experience supporting ERP systems is required. JDE experience is a plus.
- Very good command of English, written and spoken / Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
