As a Startup Manager, you'll be actively involved in driving our startups forward and leading them to success. With your experience, you speak the language of startups and know exactly what they need to succeed.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• Startup Growth Enabler – Supporting startup teams from problem-solution fit and product-market fit through to first milestones.
• Program & Workshop Design – Designing and delivering modern workshops, trainings, and programs to drive successful go-to-market execution.
• Founder Coaching & Support – Providing sparring, coaching, and hands-on support in solving operational and strategic challenges.
• Startup Scouting & Matching Support – Identifying promising startups and matching them with the most suitable Campus Founders programs.
• Ecosystem Strengthening – Representing the organization at industry events and actively building and maintaining a strong network of founders, startups, and key ecosystem stakeholders.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• Startup Expertise – Founder experience combined with hands-on expertise in building and scaling early-stage startups.
• Mentoring & Enablement – Passion for sharing knowledge, best practices, and entrepreneurial experience through coaching and sparring.
• Growth & Execution Mindset – Practical experience in business development, partnership acquisition, and project management.
• Full Stack Venture Building – Holistic understanding of venture building across the entire startup journey – from ideation to scaling.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking – Entrepreneurial mindset combined with modern methodologies such as Lean Startup and Customer-Centric Growth.
• Hands-On & Customer Obsessed – Pragmatic hands-on mentality with a strong focus on the ecosystem and our startups.
• Communication Skills – Fluent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
• On-Site Collaboration – Willingness to collaborate on-site to actively foster exchange, network building, and shared value creation.
