As an SDR at Bitsight, you will be responsible for fueling the sales pipeline through proactive outreach, tailored prospect engagement, and strategic account development. Partnering closely with regional Account Executives and the Sales Development Manager, you will research accounts, identify decision makers, generate interest in Bitsight’s platform, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities. You will contribute directly to regional pipeline targets, while helping shape how we grow across North America.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage target accounts and inbound leads to generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Connect with prospects through phone, email, and other outreach channels
  • Research accounts to understand business priorities, key stakeholders, and potential needs
  • Build interest and nurture early-stage relationships to create pipeline for the sales team
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to transition high-quality opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align on campaigns and messaging.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with prospects through consistent, value driven communication
  • Manage daily and weekly activity to balance inbound follow up and outbound prospecting
  • Accurately track activities and engagement in Salesforce to maintain clean pipeline visibility
  • Meet and exceed targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Actively participate in coaching, training, and ongoing skill development
  • Continuously refine outreach and approach based on performance and feedback
  • Leverage tools to improve research, messaging, and overall productivity
  • Share insights and feedback to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and overall process

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$40000 to $50000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
