Malt is scaling up fast and recruiting for our top-performing Sales team in order to accelerate our growth.
Our Key Account Managers (KAM) are the driving force behind our growth within the Enterprise segment. You will be responsible for leading and expanding a portfolio of major accounts, navigating complex organizations to turn Malt into their strategic partner for talent sourcing.
This is a challenging “full-stack” sales role that will directly contribute to the commercial expansion of Malt all while building quality relationships with our key accounts.
Key responsibilities ✨
I. Strategic Portfolio Development & Expansion
- Identify & Qualify: Drive the full sales cycle within your portfolio. You will use the MEDDIC methodology to qualify business opportunities, identify pain points, and map out the decision-making process within large accounts
- Value Selling: Move beyond transactional sales by building tailored ROI narratives and advanced proposals that connect Malt’s value to the client’s strategic business challenges
- Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations with diverse stakeholders (Procurement, HR, Tech, C-Level) to secure sustainable and ambitious partnerships
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a consultant for your clients, navigating and influencing multiple internal departments to establish Malt as a long-term solution
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of your clients' industry, business models, and core KPIs to provide proactive, high-level expert advice
- Sales Excellence: Maintain high standards of data hygiene and forecasting to ensure a predictable and healthy pipeline

About You 🧑🚀
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in managing complex full-cycle B2B sales for enterprise accounts
- Business school degree or equivalent
- Background in SaaS or consulting/intellectual services
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar value-based sales frameworks
- Excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to challenge client assumptions with conviction
- Appetite for business development and eager to hunt and create new opportunities to break ground in an industry where partnerships have yet to be built
- Curious and strong analytical skills to understand the short, medium, and long-term needs of clients
- Knowledge of the tech ecosystems and professions is a real asset
- Native-level French speaker with fully professional English and ready to collaborate in an international environment

- First interview with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experience and the role in more detail
- Business case to prepare and present to a panel of Sales leaders to evaluate your sales skills
- Final interview with Aurélie, VP Sales France, and Frédéric Brousse, Managing Director to discuss our long-term vision
- Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, you’ll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other new joiners at our office in Paris
