Looking to play a key role in improving homes and reducing energy consumption for tenants? If so, join us as a Senior Contract Manager (Retrofit), where you'll lead the delivery of retrofit programmes across our property portfolio.
As a Senior Contract Manager (Retrofit), you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing assessments of our housing stock to identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce consumption
- Managing retrofit programmes to ensure delivery against sustainability targets, including EPC Band C by 2030
- Leading budgets, forecasts, and project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing contractor performance, procurement activity, and contract delivery
- Leading and developing a team of Contract Managers to achieve performance targets
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
- Monitoring compliance with health & safety requirements and retrofit standards such as PAS 2035
- Providing regular updates to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes
Our ideal candidate? We're seeking an experienced professional with:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering resident-focused investment or retrofit programmes, including tenant engagement and managing works in occupied homes.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex budgets, risk, and supplier relationships across multi-year programmes.
- Experience delivering future-focused housing solutions including digital technologies, accessibility adaptations, low-carbon heating, and sustainable modern living standards.
