Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI)has an immediate sales and business development opening for “Director - Client Partnerships”.
Location – Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas (Remote with travel)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue growth, managing the full sales lifecycle for high-value engagements with mid-market to Fortune 1000 enterprise customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (CIO, CTO, CDO) and VP-level stakeholders, aligning technology solutions with their overarching business and digital transformation goals.
- Orchestrate the presentation of targeted technical solutions, providing matrix leadership to solution architects, pre-sales engineers, and global delivery teams during client engagements.
- Maintain deep industry knowledge and understand competitive landscapes across key service pillars, including Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Enterprise Platforms.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key technology alliance partners to drive joint go-to-market strategies and co-sell opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through IT services and project-based engagement.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage complex pipelines, and report on strategic account growth.
- Engage in consistent monthly and quarterly business reviews with key business leadership and delivery leaders
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience selling complex IT services, professional services, and managed solutions to mid-to-large enterprise customers, with a proven track record of multi-million-dollar quota attainment.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of modern technology ecosystems and outcome-based delivery models.
- Demonstrated experience navigating enterprise procurement, negotiating complex MSAs (Master Services Agreements) and SOWs (Statements of Work), and closing multi-year deals.
- Highly organized with the strategic ability to leverage global delivery models (e.g., nearshore and offshore delivery centers) to construct competitive, client-centric proposals.
- Exceptional executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of drive, initiative, and professionalism, with the ability to mentor, lead deal teams, and elevate the performance of the broader sales organization.
