Marketing Manager - Digital Services and Organ Recovery

- Conduct market research and analysis – needs, trends, competition, opportunities
- Analyze Digital Service performance metrics (e.g., adoption rates, utilization data from transplant centers) and generate reports to inform product roadmaps and ROI
- Lead funnel management metrics (Lead-MQL conversion, MQL-SQL conversion, SQL-oppty conversion, etc)
- Analyze Recovery Service performance metrics
- Customer Relationship Management – KOL development, VOC for feedback and future product development, address customer inquiries, concerns, complaints
- Management of our Transplant Center Advisory Council (TCAC) of FlowHawk Customers (meet 3x per year)
- Co-management with our TPM on monthly product end-user meetings
- Engagement with our Recovery Surgeons – LinkedIn posts, testimonials
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for Digital Service products
- Help management monthly marketing activities to targeted accounts or market segments included but not limited to webinars, email campaigns, social campaigns, etc.
- Become a subject matter expert for all aspects of the Digital Service and Recovery Service business in North America
- Partner with the Global Marketing Team to strengthen XVIVO’s value proposition in North America
- Develop key messaging and presentation material for the North American sales team
- Coordinate trade show/booth presence at key events, managing demos of the digital platform and discussing the Recovery Services offering
- 3 to 5+ years of strategic and brand marketing experience in a healthcare software environment
- A track record of performance excellence; meeting targets and objectives
- High level of emotional intelligence and respect for the transplant process
- Strong upstream and downstream marketing experience working with complex medical devices, IoT, and SaaS products
- Ability to travel 25% - 35% to include international travel
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Benefits And Compensation
- Salary Pay or Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000
- Other Compensation: Sales Incentive Program
