Requirements

Gainsight–Salesforce integration expertwho has architected and delivered complex, enterprise-grade programs, this is the role for you.

This a 6-12 month Contract Remote Role

What You Will Lead

End-to-endGainsight ↔ Salesforce data architecture

Large-scaledata migration & transformation

Complexfield mapping across multi-system dependencies

API-driven integrations & scalable ETL workflows

Governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment

You Should Already Have

Deep, hands-on experience withGainsight data model + Salesforce schema

Led at least1–2 enterprise migrations(not just supported)

Strong working knowledge ofAPIs, ETL pipelines, and integration patterns

Gainsight Admin or Architect Certification (mandatory)

Clear, executive-level communication skills

This Role Is NOT For You If

You’ve only done basic Gainsight admin work

You need step-by-step direction

You haven’t owned integration architecture decisions

This is not a configuration role.

This is not a ticket-closure role.

You think in systems, not tickets

You anticipate downstream impact before it happens

You can walk into ambiguity and create structure

You take pride in clean data architecture
