Mid/Senior Fullstack Developer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer to join an innovative AGR Tech project from the ground up, focused on building a communication system for client interactions. In this role, you will work directly with the CTO, contributing to both technical architecture and product evolution in a highly collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling modern fullstack applications, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions and LLM integrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, has strong ownership mindset, and is excited about applying artificial intelligence to solve real business problems.

What you'll doDesign and develop scalable fullstack applications from scratchBuild and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPIDevelop modern frontend interfaces using ReactCollaborate directly with the CTO on technical decisions and product strategyDesign and implement AI-powered workflows and LLM integrationsResearch, test, and apply new AI technologies to improve product capabilitiesCreate and maintain APIs, integrations, and data pipelinesContribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance improvementsParticipate in rapid product iterations and technical validationsTranslate business and product requirements into technical solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environmentEnsure code quality, maintainability, and best development practices

Requirements

+3 years of experience in Fullstack Software DevelopmentKnowledge in Python backend developmentExperience building frontend applications with Javascript/ReactExperience designing and consuming REST APIsInterest in or hands-on experience with LLMs, AI tools, or AI-based productsStrong problem-solving skills and critical thinkingAbility to work autonomously and take ownership of technical decisionsComfort working in early-stage products with evolving requirementsCollaborative mindset and strong communication skills
