Quality Engineer
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- 3 to 5 years of experience in integration, scenario, unit, regression, end user and product standard tests in the cloud development environment
- Define test strategy and detailed test plans based on the overall program quality strategy
- Prepare and execute quality assurance activities
- Perform test monitoring and reporting
- Facilitate continuous improvement of test automation practices
- Knowledge of testing in ABAP landscape is good to have
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Good Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in computer science or related technical discipline
- Good knowledge on running various tests like - new functionality, integration, scenario, unit, regression, end user and product standard tests in cloud development environment
- Profound knowledge of test infrastructure, test tools, test case management, test reporting, test scheduling, test automation
- Very high motivation to provide transparency on progress of quality goals
- Good understanding of SAP Development process and ability to work on multiple parallel releases
- Knowledge on API testing tools
- Ability to working in a distributed team
- Work in a scrum-based agile mode
