Job Description:
- 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
- Experience in analysis, design, coding and implementation of next-generation web.
- applications in backend programming language (preferably in Java, Spring Boot and Liferay).
- Experience in API based architectures (e.g. SOA).
- Experience working on high-traffic and large-scale web products.
- Experience with web infrastructure, distributed systems and performance analysis.
- Driven to gain insight into different new and old technologies.
- Been on at least one death march and know exactly why some things have to be avoided.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
- Maintain and ensure optimal software quality within the assigned work stream and product.
- Working knowledge with AWS infrastructure and deploying applications on EKS is a plus.
