We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large and growing web platform. This is a critical role responsible for introducing structure, consistency, and confidence into the release process. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Define and implement QA processes and standards Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features Act as the quality gate before production releases Automation & Improvement: Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy Select tools and identify areas suitable for automation Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices Mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows
