Responsibilities

Monitor client activity across TransPerfect’s technology platforms; troubleshoot issues, respond to client queries, and escalate to engineering teams when needed. Assist the sales team in early-stage client engagements by gathering technical requirements and identifying potential solutions. Join client meetings and contribute to documenting technical needs and integration plans. Support the deployment of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) setups and web-based tool integrations. Maintain and update internal and external documentation on product features and client configurations. Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions on TransPerfect’s tools and technologies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Production teams to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements. Gather user feedback and support efforts to enhance product features and usability.
