The TransPerfect’s AI Team has been a vital part of the company’s success in these quickly changing times of innovation. From its beginnings 10 years ago and the creation of its first machine translation models, it has become a core team that drives the company’s innovation in the areas of machine translation, generative AI, natural language processing and automation. About the role: You will play a key role in creating the AI team’s image and designing intuitive and visually compelling user experiences. You will be part of a diverse team of successful and enthusiastic professionals located across the globe – Spain, USA, Portugal, Poland, Vietnam and India. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, other designers and business leaders to shape and execute the product vision. Your expertise in UX research, UI design, combined with your passion for AI, will drive engagement and enhance usability of our products used by some of the biggest organizations worldwide. What you will do: Be responsible for designing high-quality experiences that delight customers Paricipate in product discovery, explore opportunities for new features and improvements Lead user interviews and draw valuable insights Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma Collaborate with developers to contribute to an integrated AI-driven design and development workflow Contribute to and help improve our design system and UI kits Proactively and continuously improve the team’s design process and techniques Work closely with our Product/Business Managers and Development team members Understand and adapt to changing product priorities Create compelling presentations and marketing materials that represent our products Coordinate ideation sessions and workshops Participate in Design Labs with other teams and exchange knowledge
