Patient Safety Specialist (Japanese Language Required)

About the Role: We are seeking Patient Safety Specialists to join our team, working closely with our global pharmacovigilance teams across clinical trials and post-marketed projects. The successful candidate will contribute to the execution of safety processes with increasing autonomy and expertise. Depending on project needs, responsibilities may include case processing management, regulatory submissions or support, literature surveillance, affiliate coordination, and safety intelligence. This role ensures compliance with international and local regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally and actively support continuous improvement in safety deliverables.
