Contracts and Budget Manager

OVERVIEW: The Contracts & Budget Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing client financial budgets, confirming contracts are maximized and ensuring billing accuracy monthly. This role works closely with Business Development and Project Managers (PM) / Customer Success Managers (CSM). This role partners with other department leaders to support and document processes and gain efficiencies for the contracting and financial lifecycle of Trial Interactive contracts. DESCRIPTION: Ensure compliance with Trial Interactive contracting process, templates, and guidance. Review all terms and conditions for contracts while ensuring terms align with agreed responsibilities an deliverables. Review key contract billing metrics and working with the team to improve results. Assist in drafting and implementing processes and procedures that will improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls. Review billing monthly and confirm budget trackers are in line with client invoices and contracts are fully maximized. Assist in month-end reconciliation activities. Work with Project Managers / Customer Success Managers to ensure the accurate and timely submission of invoices. Review and analyze Job Cost Reports for invoice validation and research discrepancies. Prepare ad hoc reports as needed. Analyze accounts and determine the next appropriate action for account resolution with PM / CSM and Sales. Serve as liaison and act as Point of Contact with Business Development and Operations teams, and monitor service requests and handle them within internal SLAs.
