What are you accountable for?
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive market share and subscriber growth in the assigned area.
- Lead and engage dealers through performance reviews, business strategy guidance, and action planning.
- Improve channel productivity and competitiveness via store performance enhancement and dealership optimization.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing dealers.
- Drive revenue growth across mobile, fibre, and enterprise segments through effective sales campaigns.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to forecast business potential and refine strategies.
- Ensure high dealer satisfaction, measured through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and engagement effectiveness.
- 2–4 years in a relevant key account or channel management role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Solid research and analytical abilities to assess market trends, dealer performance, and competitive positioning.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
