Product Manager

Overview:

STQ Partners are working with a global engineering and technology organisation operating within the industrial automation and process measurement space. The business delivers advanced sensing and control solutions used across heavy industry environments worldwide.

Due to continued regional growth and increasing demand across key industrial sectors, they are now seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of a core instrumentation product line. The role will focus on shaping commercial strategy, supporting go-to-market execution, and driving growth across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional product and commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability

• Identify and prioritise key market segments and application opportunities for expansion

• Support commercial teams with positioning, value messaging, and deal support activities

• Influence pricing approach and support margin optimisation across the portfolio

• Provide forecasting input and track product performance against business targets

• Manage product lifecycle activities including launches, updates, and rationalisation

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, technical, and operational teams

Essential requirements:

• Experience in industrial instrumentation, automation, or engineered manufacturing environments

• Direct exposure to field measurement products (e.g. pressure, flow, temperature, or similar)

• Background in product management, product marketing, or technical applications roles

• Experience supporting sales or commercial teams in a revenue-generating environment

• Familiarity with pricing, forecasting, or commercial performance tracking
