The Opportunity


We are currently partnering with a premium, values-led coffee brand that is effectively "re-writing the book" on UK growth. While they have a heritage spanning over a century, their UK presence is in a state of hyper-growth, having surged from £12M to £25M in revenue in just twelve months.


We are looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager from the coffee world who is ready to take a defining step in their career. This isn't a role for someone looking to coast; it’s for a high-momentum professional who wants to own a £12M portfolio and drive it even further.


🚀 The Role


Our client is looking for a strategic partner for their customers, not just a point of contact. You will inherit a high-performing portfolio of major high-street names and travel hubs.


  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Take full ownership of approximately 50% of the brand’s UK revenue, ensuring long-term commercial health.
  • Growth Mining: This is a "Farmer-Hunter" hybrid role. You will identify untapped opportunities within your accounts - optimizing product mix, volume, and premium equipment partnerships.
  • C-Suite Relationship Building: Navigate complex stakeholders within the out-of-home and food service sectors who prioritize quality and sustainability.
  • Global Immersion: You will represent the brand from their state-of-the-art London hub and travel to historic roasteries in Sweden and Norway to master the craft.

We are looking for a high-impact commercial professional - someone who has experience in the coffee sector and possesses the drive to manage one of the most significant portfolios in the UK market.


  • Coffee Industry DNA (Essential): You must speak the language of the industry. Whether you come from a global titan or a rapidly scaling independent roastery, B2B coffee experience is essential.
  • Commercial Polish: You understand the "business of coffee." You can manage a £12M+ P&L with precision and present complex commercial proposals with ease.
  • The "Hybrid" Edge: You possess the emotional intelligence to nurture long-term trust and the hunter’s instinct to spot a growth opportunity from a mile away.
