1、负责酒店VIP客户及重要宾客的接待、维护及关系管理工作，提供个性化服务体验； 2、建立并完善客户档案系统，定期分析客户消费行为，制定精准的客户维系方案； 3、处理宾客投诉及特殊需求，协调各部门资源确保问题高效解决； 4、策划并执行客户忠诚度计划，提升客户复购率及满意度； 5、定期回访重点客户，收集反馈意见并推动服务改进； 6、监控客户满意度指标，定期提交服务质量分析报告。

1、三年以上高端酒店前厅、宾客服务或客户关系管理相关工作经验； 2、出色的客户服务意识，具备处理复杂客户问题的应变能力； 3、优秀的沟通协调能力，能熟练使用普通话及基础英语进行商务交流； 4、熟练操作酒店PMS系统及Office办公软件，具备数据分析能力； 5、形象气质佳，具备商务礼仪素养，能适应弹性工作时间； 6、有酒店忠诚度计划运营经验者优先。
