As our Growth Product Marketing Manager, you are the visionary and executor of our digital storefront. You don't just "manage" a website; you own the transition from visitor to lifelong patient. Your mission is to blend world-class brand positioning with deep technical execution. You are responsible for the "Conversion Engine", optimising website architecture, wireframing high-performing landing pages, and using sophisticated UX principles to remove friction from the healthcare journey. You are the bridge between Brand, Design, and Engineering, ensuring that PocketPills isn't just a functional tool, but the best digital pharmacy experience in the world.
Responsibilities
- The Blueprint: Lead the planning and information architecture for the entire PocketPills website. You decide what pages we need, where they live, and how they connect.
- High-Fidelity Wireframing: Bridge the gap between strategy and design by building comprehensive wireframes that prioritise user intent and conversion hooks.
- Merchandising Excellence: Strategise how our services and products are presented. You own the visual hierarchy and "look and feel" of the site, ensuring it matches the aesthetic of the world's leading DTC brands.
- Project Quarterback: Lead cross-functional squads (Design, Copy, Dev) to take pages from "Idea" to "Live, " ensuring every pixel and string of copy is perfect.
- Scalable Frameworks: Develop a repeatable "Category Launch" system. You will define the standard anatomy of a high-converting category page, product detail page (PDP), pages for SEO and any other conversion-focused pages.
- Rapid Deployment: Lead the end-to-end launch of multiple new categories at high velocity. You own the timeline from initial ideation to "Live" status, ensuring we move with DTC speed without sacrificing quality.
- Merchandising Systems: Determine how new categories are prioritised on the homepage and within the navigation. You decide the "Golden Path" for users based on high-intent search data.
- Intent-Driven SEO: Own the end-to-end SEO roadmap from technical site health to content strategy. You prioritise "High-Intent" traffic over vanity rankings.
- Content Architecture: Optimise category, treatment, and product pages to rank #1 while maintaining a premium, non-spammy user experience.
- The Narrative: Write the "raw" copy for new pages, translating complex pharmacy regulations and healthcare jargon into simple, persuasive, and credible DTC language.
- Consistency: Ensure the brand voice is cohesive across every touchpoint of the web funnel.
- 8-10 years of experience: You have a proven track record of leading website growth projects at a high-growth DTC, E-commerce, or Consumer Tech company.
- High Taste Level: You have an obsessive eye for great UX/UI. You know what "world-class" looks like and can guide designers to achieve it.
- Architectural Mindset: You are proficient in wireframing tools (Figma, Whimsical, or Miro) and understand how to structure complex information simply.
- Technical Fluency: You speak "Dev. " You understand CMS capabilities (Webflow), SEO technicals (Core Web Vitals), and how to ship MVPs without breaking the site.
- Data-Obsessed: You live in GA4 GTM and Search Console. You can turn a spreadsheet of data into a creative brief that wins.
