About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for coordinating between clients and internal execution teams to ensure the seamless delivery of programmatic advertising campaigns. This is a client-facing, coordination-focused role that does not involve hands-on campaign management, but rather ensures all stakeholders are aligned, timelines are met, and client expectations are managed efficiently. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all matters related to programmatic campaign coordination
  • Understand client goals and gather campaign requirements, assets, tracking specs, timelines, and approvals
  • Coordinate internally with Campaign Management, Ad Ops, Reporting, and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery
  • Maintain detailed trackers for each account, documenting asset statuses, pending inputs, go-live timelines, and key milestones
  • Join regular client calls to share progress updates, clarify deliverables, and ensure alignment (execution updates are shared by CM team)
  • Follow up proactively with both clients and internal teams to avoid delays and meet service level expectations (SLAs)
  • Raise and manage requests through systems like JIRA, and assist in resolving discrepancies through platforms like DMS (Dispute Management System)
  • Collaborate with reporting or insights teams to deliver post-campaign data to clients in a timely and organized manner
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services by understanding client priorities and coordinating with Sales
  • Maintain clear documentation of all interactions, issues, and next steps for transparency and continuity across teams


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in client coordination or account management, preferably in a programmatic or digital advertising environment www.mediamint.com
  • Understanding of DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Madhive) — hands-on not required, but functional knowledge is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to confidently handle client interactions and drive internal follow-ups
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field


Required Skills

  • Passionate about social media platforms and campaigns
  • Ability to think creatively, identify, and resolve campaign issues
  • Attention to detail and effective multitasking in a deadline-driven environment


Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of experience directly managing social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn in particular
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experienced in website analysis by using tools like Google Analytics etc.
  • Desired: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and website administration
