We're looking for an Account Manager to manage our growing portfolio of clients.
Your Mission as an Account Manager (a.k.a. Client Captain & Strategy Co-Pilot):
Frontline with Clients – Be the daily go-to for clients, keeping communication smooth, expectations clear, and relationships strong. You’ll lead proposals, pitches, and even the tough conversations when needed.
Process Pro – Set up the ways of working: from audits and analytics reports to proposals and workflows, making sure the social/content team runs like clockwork.
Ideas into Action - Work with planners and creatives to turn campaign concepts into real-world executions across design, animation, video, and everything in between.
Trend Translator - Stay ahead of the ever-changing social and digital platforms, guiding both clients and the agency to stay relevant and competitive.
Community Ally - Support clients in managing their communities and response escalations, ensuring brand voices stay consistent and clear across all touchpoints.
Expectations Manager - Balance timelines, budgets, and scope of work, while making sure out-of-scope requests are identified, tracked, and billed fairly.
Team Connector – Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and external partners to keep projects on schedule and targets met.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in an advertising agency or related field.
