Role Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of B2B clients, focusing on fleet solutions across Austria. You will play a key role in expanding market share, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored mobility solutions to corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients across Austria
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers, with a focus on fleet and mobility solutions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client needs and propose customized fleet solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Director
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within automotive, mobility, leasing, or fleet management
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a multinational environment
- Willingness to travel across Austria
