The confidential client is hiring multiple Senior Associate Product Manager (mobile) roles to support the Travel App experience across one or more product domains: Pre-Trip (post-booking, itinerary management, servicing), Dream & Plan (discovery, wishlists, benefits, core app foundations), and Book & On Trip (booking flows, checkout, on-trip interactions). These roles focus on driving mobile product execution, optimizing user experience, and improving conversion and engagement on iOS and Android mobile apps.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of mobile product features from discovery and planning through requirements, engineering handoff, QA, and launch
- Own and prioritize the mobile product backlog; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and operations to ship high-quality mobile experiences
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify friction, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact (A/B testing, analytics)
- Monitor app performance, UX constraints, and release cycles to ensure reliable mobile releases
- Remove blockers, align stakeholders, and keep projects on schedule and scope
- Support product strategy and roadmap execution alongside senior product managers
- 1–3 years of product management or digital product development experience
- Experience working on consumer-facing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
- Strong understanding of mobile product development lifecycle, app release cycles, performance tradeoffs, and mobile UX constraints
- Demonstrated ability to own a product backlog and write actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience in Agile environments and close partnership with engineering teams
- Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform prioritization and decision-making
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across design, engineering, and business teams
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required; the confidential client will not sponsor visas for these positions
- Interest or experience in Travel & Lifestyle Services or consumer travel products
- Experience with product and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Figma, Mural, Airtable, or similar
- Experience with experimentation/A-B testing and conversion optimization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

- Location: Phoenix, AZ (role may offer flexible/hybrid or virtual arrangements depending on business needs)
- Expected base salary range (USD): $89,250 – $150,250 per year (final pay will consider location, experience, and other job-related factors)
