What will you be doing?
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of third-party conferences, trade shows, and large-scale customer events with a national/global scope
- Build and scale the event marketing program from an existing foundation — establishing in-house processes, playbooks, and best practices as the first IC hire on the events team
- Drive measurable pipeline impact by tying event strategy to revenue outcomes and maintaining strong reporting on event ROI
- Collaborate closely with sales to manage pre-event bookings, post-event follow-ups, and feedback loops that keep pipeline accountable
- Travel frequently to execute events on-site and represent Assort Health at major healthcare industry conferences
