Interlachen Country Club is a private country club located in Winter Park, Florida, newly renovated to feature a beautifully updated mixed grille concept with a casual, fast grille experience and an outdoor patio offering stunning views. The Club boasts a very active and supportive membership along with a vibrant social calendar. (This is a non-tipping club)
Mixed Grille Server is responsible for offering members and guests an enjoyable, expertly served meal reflecting the high customer service standards of the Club. They must anticipate guests’ needs and provide service before being asked, monitoring the table during their meal. Employee must maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward guests, other employees, and management staff.
Requirements
- Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating.
- Answer questions and suggestively sells food and beverage items, if appropriate.
- Takes member’s and guest’s orders.
- Able to bartend and preform bar service.
- Places orders with kitchen; informs cooks about any special cooking instructions.
- Serves meals, places dishes by courses in front of each person.
- Checks back to ensure member and guest satisfaction; replenishes beverages.
- Removes dishes and runs the dishwasher as needed.
- Presents dessert menus, suggests, and serves dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks.
- Charges to member’s account accurately.
- Keeps tables, dining area and bus station areas clean.
- Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
- Performs clean-up and opening/closing duties as assigned by manager.
- Thanks members and guests; invites them to return.
- Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by the supervisor.
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspect, service techniques, and guest interaction.
- Must be able to stand on their feet throughout the shift and be able to lift 50lbs.

- Serving Experience: 2 years of fast paced service (Preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
