What You'll Do
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and YouTube. Personally manage budget, creative briefs, landing pages, and ROAS.
- Manage and scale our UGC creator network. Source, brief, and optimise creators producing student-facing content for paid and organic channels.
- Design and run lifecycle programs end-to-end: welcome, trial-to-paid, renewal, and retention.
- Run data-driven growth experiments across email, paid, and community channels to acquire, nurture, and convert leads.
- Build and run B2B school campaigns: webinars, conferences, scholarships, and direct outreach, in coordination with the partnerships team.
- Build scalable playbooks and repeatable processes to accelerate product adoption.
- Leverage AI tools to optimise campaigns, accelerate experimentation, and maximise ROI.
- Work closely with our content teams to develop creative for paid, lifecycle, and organic channels.
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing. Clear ownership of revenue or subscriber growth targets in-house.
- Performance marketing at scale. You’ve personally managed $50k+ per month in paid budget across Google and Meta, with documented ROAS improvements you can walk through.
- Analytics fluency. GA4, attribution, cohort analysis. You read the data yourself.
- Lifecycle and CRM depth. You’ve built and owned lifecycle programs end-to-end in Klaviyo, HubSpot, or equivalent.
