We're growing our Customer Service team in Cali and looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic CSR who thrives in a fast-paced, remote call-center environment — working from our Cali offices.

What you'll do

You'll be the first point of contact for U.S. medical providers and members — handling inbound and outbound communication across phone, email, and web portal. Your day-to-day will include: • Resolving benefits and claims inquiries from members and providers with accuracy and care • Managing high-volume inbound/outbound call queues and email/ticketing workflows • Researching and following up on billing discrepancies, balance billing issues, and claim status • Conducting outreach calls to providers and members as assigned • Documenting all interactions accurately across CRM and operational systems • Supporting account management, provider relations, and operations teams on remote project work What we're looking for • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare/insurance environment • Advanced English (B2 or higher) — this is a fully English-speaking account • Experience handling high call volumes and managing service tickets • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) and standard office tools • Knowledge of billing processes or claims is a strong plus • Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting What Solvo offers • Indefinite-term contract with full legal benefits (prestaciones de ley) • Remote work modality from our Cali office • Career growth within a global organization • Ongoing training and professional development • Collaborative, results-driven team culture 📍 Cali, Colombia — On-Site 🕐 Schedule: Full time 💰 Salary: $3'200.000 COP/Month #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
