Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid/3-4x per week.
You will be responsible for white glove technical support services for internal and external customers. This will include troubleshooting hardware and software applications and providing Tier 1 resolution support via office, phone, and remote.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years’ experience in a technical support role
- Windows/O365 knowledge
- ServiceNow
- End user support & onboarding (White glove)
- Mobile device management - Intune
- Conference room support (Zoom shop)
- AI usage and support
- Previous experience in legal, financial services, hedge funds, professional services, or similar
