About the role

Search is splitting in two. Half the clicks still come from Google's blue links — the other half are increasingly being intercepted by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot, where users get an answer instead of a list. When those engines name a brand, recommend a product, or cite a source, they're shaping purchase decisions before our website ever loads. We're hiring a Senior AI Engine Optimisation Specialist to own our visibility inside those answers. Companies like Unlimit and Stable are already showing up consistently at the top of LLM outputs in their categories — that's the bar. Your job is to get [Company Name] there for ours, and keep us there as the models, surfaces, and ranking signals evolve. This is a strategic, hands-on role. You'll define the playbook, run the experiments, and ship the work — partnering closely with Content, PR, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
