Responsibilities
- Proactively manage & coordinate day-to-day project activities to keep initiatives on track for small to medium projects, inclusive of project plans, timelines, schedules and communication updates
- Track project progress and update status reports for stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups
- Maintain project documentation (requirements, risks, issues, decisions, and change logs)
- Communicate updates between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Identify, log, and help mitigate project risks and issues
- Support resource coordination and ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time
- Monitor project scope and change management processes
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
- Help manage budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination as needed
- Follow and reinforce project management methodologies and best practices
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or IT support roles
- 1+ years of experience coordinating with third-party vendors and managing deliverables across multiple teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience supporting enterprise-level IT projects (e.g., infrastructure upgrades, systems integrations, system migrations, or software deployments)
- Familiarity with healthcare, dental, or multi-site service environments (if relevant to your org)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
- Strong data tracking and reporting skills (e.g., building dashboards, status reports)
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend enhancements
The salary range for this role is $66,000 - $94,000 per year.
