🚀 We’re Hiring: Service Consultant (US Payroll Focus) 📍 Role Details • On-site training (first month) • 100% remote after onboarding • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PST) 💼 About the Role We are looking for a Service Consultant to support U.S.-based clients with payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. This is a client-facing role, acting as an extension of the client’s HR & Payroll team. 🔍 Requirements ✅ Hands-on experience running U.S. or Canada payroll end-to-end ✅ Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, Gusto, Rippling, etc.) ✅ Ability to resolve payroll discrepancies and real client scenarios ✅ Experience managing multiple clients or high-volume payrolls ✅ Strong English communication skills (client-facing role) 💡 What we’re looking for We need professionals who can: • Handle complex client situations (discrepancies, requests, billing questions) • Communicate decisions clearly and confidently • Maintain compliance while managing client expectations • Own recurring payroll processes and deadlines ⚠️ Important This is not a support or HR admin role.
