Tasks
As an International Business Transformation & Strategy Execution Consultant, you’ll become the partner of the General Managers, Executive Teams and HR Directors in their business transformation.
You'll collaborate in a small team of consultants on international projects with clients worldwide, driving transformation based on OKRs, self-organized teams, and a radical candor feedback program - including on-site sessions with clients across different regions.
Requirements
- You will excel in this role if you have:
- Proven experience with clients worldwide, spanning multiple regions and cultures, navigating complex business contexts.
- Experience in managing operations and leading teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. Consulting experience is a plus, but real-world impact in driving results matters most.
- Self-starter and hands-on personality, with strong communication skills, charisma, and an impact-oriented working style.
- Passion for strategy execution, OKRs, Lean, and Agile ways of working to generate tangible results.
- Dynamic, engaging presence, able to influence and inspire executives and teams across geographies.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; you will interact with top leaders worldwide.
- Flexibility to adapt to different time zones and short on-site meetings with clients globally.
- Based in Spain
