Execupay unites innovative products with white-glove customer service to empower customers, allowing them to focus on their business. • The Implementation team owns the customer experience from the beginning by delivering a best-in-class implementation of our solutions. • As an Implementation Consultant, you will understand a client’s requirements and configure our solution to meet their needs. You will vet client data and thoroughly test the site to ensure a smooth release and a positive client and employee experience. • From the start, you will have a consultative approach to enable clients to utilize our solutions to their fullest potential. • Responsibilities: • Be highly consultative with clients to drive full-scope implementations from the welcome call through go-live, managing realistic expectations throughout the project. • Partner with internal consultants and stakeholders across services to deeply and jointly understand clients’ business needs and drive optimal configuration of our all-in-one solution. • Review and evaluate data to determine proper system configuration regarding historical data, employee information, and company-level data. • Review tax returns (940, 941s, and state quarterly returns), payroll registers, deductions, and earnings taxability to ensure proper platform setup. • Enter client YTD/prior payroll information into the Execupay system. • Consult and support clients through their first two successful on-cycle payroll runs. • Serve as a client advocate within Execupay to identify and resolve any concerns that may detract from an optimal implementation experience. • Effectively transition clients to our Payroll team for ongoing support and consultation once they’re live. • Skills and Qualifications: • Previous client management experience, handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously. • 1–2 years of experience in Payroll. • Demonstrated ability to be consultative with clients, leading with a sense of urgency to respond to and resolve issues. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong complex problem-solving abilities and knowledge of industry best practices. • Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively multitask. • Flexible, team-oriented self-starter. • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability. • English C1 #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
