Account Executive - Real Estate Investment Lending (Fix & Flip RLT) On Site, San Diego CA

Base Salary plus unlimited commission, Annual Range: $48,000 - $350,000 (You control your earnings)

Duties And Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with real estate investors and property professionals
• Learn how to structure and present financing options for Fix & Flip and RLT projects
• Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Guide clients through every step of the loan process - from first conversation to closing
• Collaborate with our experienced lending team to deliver exceptional service and fast results

You may have experience in sales, real estate, lending, or customer-facing roles - or you're ready to make the jump into a career that rewards results and relationship-building. We'll teach you the technical side; you bring the drive and communication skills.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of successful sales or client relationship experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Interest or background in real estate, Fix & Flip, property management, or construction
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

This role is a great fit for people who have worked as: Sales Representatives, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage or Loan Officers, Property Managers, Insurance Advisors, Financial Consultants, or Business Development Specialists.
