This position is 100% externally funded and will be reappointed on an annual basis based on the continued availability of funding.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies for research, outreach, and partnership engagement.
- Write, edit, and distribute newsletters, press releases, reports, website
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across communications;
- Collaborate with the Multimedia Production Specialist to align campaigns
engagement
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have proven experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, strong writing and storytelling skills, and familiarity with HubSpot, content management systems, analytics, and SEO practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in academic, research, or technical settings is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and communications, including social media management, HubSpot campaigns, web content, and analytics
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO, and social media analytics
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience working in academic, research, or technical environments preferred

$60,315.00 - $85,192.50
