Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quincy, MA, for an Assistant Chief Engineer. The Assistant Chief Engineer will oversee and support complex engineering projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all technical specifications, design standards, and deadlines are met. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, troubleshooting technical issues, improving operational processes, and providing mentorship to junior engineers. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing cutting-edge technology solutions in areas such as artificial intelligence, trading, and automotive systems.

Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, and Machine Learning
  • Experience in systems design, engineering project management, and technical troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in software development practices, coding, and engineering tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to think critically under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentorship skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
  • Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles within engineering teams
  • Experience or familiarity with industries such as FinTech, TravelTech, or Automotive AI is a strong advantage
