Role Description
Companies often see market opportunities long before they have the sales capacity to pursue them, because hiring, onboarding, and building sales infrastructure is slow, expensive, and risky. CVC’s sales acceleration services solve this gap by enabling fast, low‑commitment market entry with ready-to‑deploy sales talent and real customer insights. This allows organizations to grow without overextending resources and to validate markets before investing heavily.
This is a contract, remote, international role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for acquiring project-specific GTM intelligence, assisting in sharpening the GTM plan, detailing sales strategy, and providing hands-on field sales and business development services to our clients. Day-to-day tasks include implementing sales playbooks to accelerate revenue growth.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in B2B sales or business development within the tech or fashion industries
- Deep understanding of GTM and sales strategies
- High proficiency in prospecting, offer presentations, buying center management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely - we are a virtual business
- Professional proficiency in English and German; Swedish, Chinese, French language skills are a plus
- Home office in Germany; Baden-Württemberg or Berlin preferred
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
