Software Engineering Manager, Supply Chain Logistics

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies.
• 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of people management experience.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience in managing projects and collaborating across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage an engineering team responsible for implementing various software products and designing and building internal applications that support internal business processes related to supply chain and engineering operations.
• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within executive-level audiences.
• Partner with internal business teams in developing the systems goals and delivery roadmaps.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) to solve supply chain problems.
