About the Role

As Uber continues to expand its services and technologies around the world, the Business Development team is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to execute our largest Consumer partnerships.

You will be responsible for executing and expanding existing partnerships within our Consumer Portfolio. This is a highly cross-functional role, as you will collaborate across internal teams including product, finance, compliance, policy, marketing and operations.

This is an individual contributor role as a member on a high performing team. You will be the CEO of your portfolio responsible for leading a cross-functional team of stakeholders to maximize partnership value.

What the Candidate Will Do

1. Owner of a portfolio of Partnerships; responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are met and deal is executed to its full ability
2. Responsible for owning growth bets for each partnership
3. Leads a Cross-Functional team of stakeholders to implement partnership
4. Responsible for monitoring partnership performance and reporting out insights to internal/external stakeholders
5. Collaborates with other BD stakeholders to assist in Deal renewals/Negotiation cycles

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Previous Partner Management or Account Management experience
3. 8+ years related experience in strategic partnerships, account management or business development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Project Management, Strategic Partnerships
