Role description

Job Description:

• Reviewing and modifying software and firmware configurations of server rack assemblies as per the requirement


• Issue Engineering Change Orders Requests ECOs ECRs


• Review Variant Change Orders VCOs Engineering Change Requests Orders ECRs and ECOs


• Scrubbing the CRD Document with the Software BOM


• Updating and generating Software BOM


• Communicate with the customer to understand the requirements and act accordingly


• Follow up with the end user to ensure that the changes are implemented


• Preparing the Standard Operating Procedures SOP for the projects
