WHAT?
The Director of Business Development will drive growth for the CRO services with a focus on the Boston area. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and managing current customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a hungry attitude for prospecting, field work and bringing in new logos. This is a position that would appeal to candidates early in their BD career, looking to make the next step in their journey
YOU?
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales experience (cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, closing business).
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with an understanding of the CRO space.
Skills: Service sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
