Executive Vice President, Finance

This role ensures financial health, drives profitability, and aligns financial strategy with overall business objectives while collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, Blackstone senior partners, and other senior leaders to guide decision-making and long-term planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES, Other Duties May Be Assigned.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support organizational growth and profitability.
- Align financial goals with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Advise executive leadership on financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Oversee strategic initiatives including execution and ongoing support of joint ventures.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor finance teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Present financial insights and performance metrics to the Board and investors.
- Build relationships with financial institutions and Blackstone senior partners.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Implement financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Fifteen or more years of professional experience includes extensive executive leadership, strategic planning, and overseeing multiple departments or business units.
- Proven history in strategic financial planning and execution
- Experience in high-growth or complex organizational environments
- Experience working with private equity sponsors is a plus.
- Advanced financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, or Oracle) and financial software.
- Collaborative and adaptable in dynamic environments
- High integrity and commitment to ethical standards
