Your Role
- Support with capturing and reviewing receipts and invoices.
- Learn how automated booking suggestions are generated – and how to review them.
- Assist with monthly closings, VAT pre-filings, and reports.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues from our accounting and product teams.
- Gain exposure to tools like DATEV, Odoo, HubSpot & more.
- Initial experience in accounting – e.g. through training, a student job, or a career switch.
- Eagerness to work with digital tools and processes.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
- German at minimum B2 level (C1+ preferred) – English is a bonus.
- DATEV or Odoo experience is a plus, not a must.
- A clear entry point into modern, digital accounting.
- Onboarding & mentoring from experienced colleagues.
- Flexible hours, remote work or in our Berlin office.
