Responsibilities

The Global Scaled Growth team drives data-informed strategies to accelerate advertisers' growth, improve lifecycle performance, and unlock scalable business opportunities across global markets. We partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering, to identify growth levers, measure business impact, and enable strategic decision-making through data.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Operations to define key business questions and deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze large-scale advertisers, products, and campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance drivers across global markets.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks to monitor business health and track strategic initiatives.
- Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate advertisers' acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, and lifecycle performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses, funnel diagnostics, cohort analyses, and experiment readouts to support growth decision-making.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to improve data quality, instrumentation, and data accessibility.
- Translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Support forecasting, target setting, and opportunity sizing for scaled growth programs.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization and influence product and business strategy with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and KPI design.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in growth analytics, consumer internet, technology, or digital product environments.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics, modeling, or automation.
- Experience working with global products and multi-market growth strategies.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, user segmentation, and attribution analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $288000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
