Role Overview
As an Accounting Clerk with Sunset Automotive Group, you'll be a key part of our finance and operations team, supporting the dealership's accounting functions in a friendly, professional environment. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately complete accounting processes to support dealership operations
- Maintain accurate accounting records in computer systems
- Assist with month-end reconciliations and other accounting tasks
- Support the accounting department and dealership operations as needed
- May handle some phone duties and work collaboratively in a team setting
- 1–2 years of automotive accounting experience (title clerk, AP/AR, costing, or similar roles preferred)
- Computer literate with Microsoft Excel and accounting software proficiency
- Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and critical thinking skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a team environment
- Reynolds & Reynolds systems experience is a plus, but not required
- Stable, family-owned business with a strong community focus
