Position Title: Senior Principal Recruiter/US Tech & Leadership Hiring
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (India)
Experience: 8 – 12 Years of relevant experience
Shift Timings: US Hours (Typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end US recruitment for both specialized Analytics roles and Leadership positions in Sales, Growth, Delivery teams (e.g., Director, Senior Director, AVP, VP level).
- Lead the search and closure of high-impact leadership requisitions, focusing on profiles in Data, Analytics, and AI.
- Conduct executive-level market analysis and competitive intelligence to target and secure top-tier US leadership talent.
- Develop robust sourcing and engagement strategies tailored specifically for passive leadership candidates, utilizing advanced networking and social media techniques.
- Create comprehensive hiring plans and set the processes for sourcing, assessment, and onboarding of senior talent.
- Provide detailed MIS and reports on senior-level recruitment pipelines, offering strategic insights to the management team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders in the US on compensation, market trends, and talent strategy.
Required Behavioral Attributes
- Proven expertise in engaging with senior-level candidates & stakeholders .
- Exceptional business acumen and demonstrated thought leadership, particularly related to the US executive talent market.
- Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound decision-making capabilities, especially when handling confidential and complex executive searches.
- Superior communication and negotiation abilities, with a history of success in high-pressure compensation and offer discussions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant track record in US Leadership Hiring and familiar with US Tech hiring.
