What will you be doing?
Enhance reporting activities
- Develop timely, accurate and insightful reporting for the substitution team
- Ensure data needed for reporting is correct and up to date by ensuring the team produces data exception reports and ensure appropriate follow up is actioned
- Set clear objectives and expectations for each team member
- Delegate tasks for the team and ensure the team follows through with assigned tasks
- Report on the team's activities to the reporting manager
- Work collaboratively with other departments to implement good change practices
- Assess and improve team processes on a regular basis
- Lead the design and implementation of processes/systems and tools to effectively deliver against targets
- Provide clear development and succession planning for team members
- Coach team members to ensure they have the skills for excellent performance
- Motivate the team to achieve excellent results and ensure their continual improvement
- Previous experience with data analysis
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Solid background in operational reporting
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end process from DSS to RFS
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Target Driven
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
