On-Site IT Support Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic On-Site IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support incident resolution by collaborating with various IT support teams and functions. You will act as a representative of the IT organization, engaging directly with users and serving as the primary point of contact on behalf of other IT teams.
You will provide desk-side support for all IT issues requiring physical intervention and ensure a seamless user experience.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues that require physical, on-site support
- Provide on-site IT support across multiple locations, including both the factory and headquarters (HQ), with flexibility to travel as required
- Deliver computers and hardware to users in a "ready-to-use" state
- Provide ad-hoc training on common IT topics and guide users through self-service tools when needed
- Manage physical stock of devices and accessories, including CMDB updates
- Perform regular inventory checks for hardware and related equipment
- Coordinate logistics with local providers to ship and move devices across locations
- Handle warranty cases in collaboration with relevant OEM vendors
- Identify and report risks that may impact OSS service quality
- Provide desk-side support for end users, IT equipment, software in meeting rooms, and other collaboration spaces
- Support and coordinate with third-party technicians
- Conduct regular checks of computer rooms, including temperature, air conditioning, cabling, and overall functionality
- Follow OSS governance processes, including participation in meetings and escalation procedures
- Adhere to OSS procedures defined in runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Work full-time on-site at the assigned factory location
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support
- Willingness and flexibility to travel between multiple work locations, including factory and headquarters (HQ), as required
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English
